How to improve the qualifications of coaches in Novomoskovsk

This autumn, at the children's school of the Mikhailov Academy, coaches were trained under the advanced training programs "Modern technologies for preparing a sports reserve in hockey", "Modern technologies for training hockey players at the stages of sports improvement and higher sportsmanship."

Highly qualified specialists were invited as coaches for the training of trainers. Among them were a candidate of pedagogical sciences, and the head of the attestation department for coaching personnel of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (RHF), and a doctor of pedagogical sciences, as well as other leading speakers of the RHF.

The press service of the Mikhailov Academy quotes the head of sports development and methodology Vadim Kozin:

“The development of the coaches of the Mikhailov Academy is a priority area of ​​our work. To do this, we monthly attract the best specialists from the field of sports pedagogy, psychology, and medicine. This time, our coaches were trained in building and planning hockey lessons, learned about new pedagogical approaches to the physical and technical-tactical training of players at different stages. More than 40 people have been trained, including the coaches of the Youth Sports School and the MHL. At the end of the training, all trainers successfully defended their final attestation works.”
