Amur Completes Signing of Defender Solovyov

The KHL club Amur has announced the signing of a contract with defenseman Alexei Solovyov. The terms of the agreement span two years.

Solovyov moved to the Khabarovsk-based team as part of an exchange deal with Avangard. In return, Avangard obtained the sports rights to defenseman Alexander Demenko.

During the 2024/25 season, the 30-year-old blueliner appeared in 71 games for Avangard, accumulating 4 points (2 goals and 2 assists). His plus/minus rating across the regular championship and playoffs was -5.

Solovyov`s previous teams in the KHL include Admiral and Sibir.
