Andrew Tate took on 50 opponents in one sparring session that featured ex-UFC star

Controversial figure Andrew Tate recently demonstrated his kickboxing abilities in anticipation of a potential return to fighting, enduring a challenging sparring session against 50 different opponents.

Andrew Tate, alongside his brother Tristan Tate and former UFC middleweight contender Luke Barnatt, participated in the session held at Tam Khan`s TKMMA Gym in Dubai on Saturday. Khan, an entrepreneur and friend of the Tate brothers, opened the intense sparring event to numerous participants.

TKMMA Gym is known as a training location for notable fighters, such as Khamzat Chimaev and former welterweight champion Leon Edwards. However, the focus on this night was the return of the Tate brothers to the Dubai facility.

Footage circulating on social media showed the controversial influencer sparring with a large group. Tate, who holds titles from ISKA and Enfusion kickboxing (leading him to claim `world champion` status), showcased his abilities against participants ranging from novices to more experienced individuals. Reports indicate he caused at least two opponents to stop and bloodied the nose of another during the reported three-hour session.

Former UFC fighter Luke Barnatt, who previously lost to Tate in amateur MMA, was also present throughout the event. While it`s unclear if they sparred, Barnatt posted on Instagram about the intense nature of the session, humorously stating they would `suffer` and he would `beat the f— out of Tate`. Tate reportedly responded with a sarcastic remark about `not kill, just maim`.

Andrew Tate is eyeing a return to the ring years after kickboxing retirement

Following his rise to international prominence (or infamy) in 2022, speculation has grown about Tate potentially returning for another fight. Beyond his public legal challenges, a significant factor is the severe eye problem he sustained in his last major kickboxing bout against Ibrahim El Boustati in 2016, an injury that contributed to his initial retirement.

Since 2016, Tate has participated in smaller exhibition fights but has not faced a well-known opponent. Figures like Jake Paul, Logan Paul, and KSI have expressed interest in fighting him, but no official matches have been scheduled.

Last year, Tate sponsored Tam Khan`s ‘Social Knockout’ event in Dubai. During the broadcast, it was announced that Tate would appear at the next show once his travel restrictions were lifted. As of now, a return date has not been confirmed.

In a previous video message, Tate hinted at a potential return to the ring. He apologized for his absence from an event, mentioning he still `has a few moves` and demonstrating some technique while speaking.

In that message, Tate identified himself, noted his Cobratate.com sponsorship (a site offering self-help and money-making courses), and explained his absence was due to being `constrained by the system` in Bucharest, Romania. He congratulated Tam Khan and the fighters, while also teasing his own future involvement: “Do you want to see me in the crowd or do you want to see me in the ring to see what moves I have left? I’m not too old yet, they haven’t damaged me that much yet, I’ve got a few moves left so stay tuned.” He concluded by congratulating everyone and expressing anticipation for being there in person.

According to a caption posted by TK Fight Night alongside the video, “Social Knockout 4 will be the return of the Top G himself…. You think this event went viral? Just wait for the next!”
