Boapeah vs Wisse 2, Petch vs Trindade 2 Added to GLORY 100 Card

The second half of GLORY`s two-day landmark event is set to deliver major excitement, highlighted by the addition of not one, but two championship fights.

On June 14th, GLORY`s 100th numbered event will feature championship belts on the line three times in total. Following the earlier announcement of a heavyweight clash, GLORY took to social media to confirm two high-stakes title rematches.

`Wisse

The first highly anticipated rematch sees GLORY Middleweight Champion Donovan Wisse looking to repeat his previous victory against top contender Michael Boapeah. This bout comes nearly two years after their first meeting. Wisse boasts an impressive eleven-fight win streak dating back to 2018, having not lost since then. Boapeah earned his shot at the title with recent back-to-back finishes at light heavyweight, plus three decision wins since their initial fight.

`Petch

In another significant rematch, `Breakthrough` Miguel Trindade gets his opportunity for redemption against the elite `Fighter of the Year`, Petchpanomrung. Their previous encounter took place only a few months ago in the finals of the GLORY x RISE Featherweight Grand Prix, where Petchpanomrung secured a decision victory.

Despite the loss, Trindade quickly rebounded with a knockout win over YA-MAN in a 4-ounce gloves kickboxing match, proving he is ready to challenge for championship gold once more.

With a massive 24-man Featherweight Grand Prix looming as another collaboration between GLORY and RISE, it`s highly probable these two featherweights will cross paths again soon. A victory here would establish momentum and allow the winner to enter the tournament holding the prestigious title of reigning GLORY Champion.
