Top American UFC welterweight Joaquin Buckley commented on former lightweight champion Islam Makhachev`s potential move to his division.
“Islam is moving to welterweight, and now everyone in the division is dreaming of fighting him. He`s the most tempting piece. We haven`t crossed paths with Islam yet, but before our fight, he`ll learn a lot about me. I would be his worst nightmare because I can do what he fears most. Dell Maddalena has many gaps that Islam can exploit,” Buckley said in an interview with Parry Punch.
Recall that Buckley`s last appearance in the octagon was in December last year, when he finished Colby Covington.
