Alexander Khokhlachyov Secures Full Contract with Salavat Yulaev
Following a successful try-out period, forward Alexander Khokhlachyov has now inked a full contract with Salavat Yulaev, effective until the end of the current season. Khokhlachyov began the championship with Lada, where he did not register any points in three outings. However, he quickly made an impact during his three try-out games for Salavat Yulaev, scoring two goals. His impressive KHL career totals include 128 goals and 197 assists in 571 games.
Greg McKegg Signs with Shanghai Dragons
Veteran 33-year-old forward Greg McKegg has signed a one-year deal with the Shanghai Dragons. McKegg is a former champion of the Ontario Junior League and brings valuable experience, having played in the NHL where he tallied 23 goals and 18 assists in 251 appearances. He spent a significant portion of his career in the AHL, contributing 106 goals and 158 assists over 497 games.
