KHL President Alexey Morozov Inducted into Russian Hockey Hall of Fame

A solemn ceremony to induct new outstanding players, coaches, and officials into the Russian Hockey Hall of Fame took place on June 6 in Sochi.

The new members inducted into the Hall of Fame include: Vyacheslav Anisin, Pavel Datsyuk, Zhanna Shchelchkova, Yury Fedorov, Dmitry Kvartalnov, Valery Konov, Naum Reznikov, Sergey Chekmarev, Sergey Nikolaev, and the current President of the Kontinental Hockey League, Alexey Morozov.

Alexey Morozov is renowned for his achievements as a player: he won the Gagarin Cup twice with Ak Bars Kazan, became Russian champion three times, won the World Championships twice, and earned a silver medal at the Olympic Games. Since 2020, he has led the KHL as president.
