KHL Transfer Market: Tkachev Exits Avangard, Yarovoy Joins Spartak, Priski Lands in Sibir

Here are the latest Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) transfer news updates as of July 18, detailing significant player movements across the league.

Forward Vladimir Tkachev has departed Avangard after his contract was terminated. In the 2024-2025 season, he played 17 games for the club, tallying 15 points (4 goals and 11 assists). Throughout his KHL career, Tkachev has accumulated 120 goals and 269 assists in 470 games.

Spartak has signed forward Stanislav Yarovoy to a two-way contract, effective until May 31, 2027. Last season, Yarovoy appeared in 49 matches for Vityaz, recording 12 points (9 goals and 3 assists). He has played a total of 133 KHL games, scoring 22 goals and adding 17 assists.

Defenseman Chase Priski has signed a one-year contract with Sibir. In the 2024-2025 season, Priski played for the AHL`s Hershey Bears, where he registered 40 points (14 goals and 26 assists) in 69 games. Priski spent the last six seasons in the AHL and was a Calder Cup champion with the Hershey Bears in 2024.
