Torpedo has secured the services of defenseman Sergei Boykov on a one-year contract. The 29-year-old blueliner appeared in 18 games for Avangard during the 2023/2024 season, recording one assist and a -2 rating. Over his KHL career, Boykov has played 208 games, tallying 28 points (9 goals, 19 assists) and a -3 plus/minus rating.
Defenseman Grigory Dronov has renewed his contract with Traktor. The new agreement extends through the end of the 2027/2028 season. In the past season, Dronov was productive, posting 31 points (14 goals, 17 assists) and an impressive +19 rating in the regular championship. He added 12 points (5 goals, 7 assists) with a neutral plus/minus in the playoffs.
Salavat Yulaev has agreed to a one-year deal with forward Jack Rodewald. Rodewald previously played for Admiral, where he recorded 30 points (17 goals, 13 assists) in 70 games during the last season.
Sibir has signed American defenseman David Farrance, aged 25, to a one-year contract. Farrance spent the 2023/2024 season playing for KooKoo in Finland, where he amassed 37 points (2 goals, 35 assists) and an excellent +26 rating in 57 appearances.
