KHL club Neftekhimik has officially signed forward Damir Zhafyarov to a one-year contract.
Sources indicate that the player`s annual salary under the new agreement will be approximately 20 million rubles.
Prior to joining Neftekhimik, Zhafyarov played for Barys Astana. He departed the team on May 31, 2024, following the expiration of his contract.
In the most recent KHL season, the 31-year-old forward participated in 27 matches, recording 1 goal and adding 4 assists.
