Taylor Raddysh will remain in the Metropolitan Division.
The New York Rangers announced Wednesday that the forward has signed a two-year contract with the team.
According to NHL insider Frank Seravalli, the deal is reportedly valued at $1.5 million per season.
Raddysh, aged 27, spent last season with the division-champion Washington Capitals. In 80 games, he posted seven goals and 20 assists, adding one helper in seven post-season contests.
Originally selected 58th overall in the 2016 NHL Draft by the Chicago Blackhawks, the Caledon, Ontario native has also played for the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Over his career spanning 305 games, Raddysh has recorded 43 goals and 57 assists, accumulating exactly 100 points.
