Kiamran Nabati Eyes Yod-IQ Or Pimolsri Rematch with Win Over Nontachai Jitmuangnon

Kiamran Nabati is set to face Nontachai Jitmuangnon in the main event of The Inner Circle 31, a bantamweight Muay Thai bout scheduled for September 18 in Bangkok. This fight, postponed from last month due to a failed hydration test and Nontachai's illness, is a crucial step for Nabati.

Nabati's primary goal is a rematch with Yod-IQ Or Pimolsri, the current ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion. Yod-IQ handed Nabati his sole professional defeat via split decision in May. Nabati believes he can win a rematch, citing their close previous encounter and his conviction he was leading before the decision.

"I want to congratulate Yod-IQ. It was a good fight, and he won all five rounds against Rambolek. When I saw his fight, I knew that I could beat this guy because our fight was so close and I thought I was winning," Nabati stated.

While the larger objective of a rematch with Yod-IQ remains, Nabati is concentrating on defeating Nontachai. He sees this upcoming fight as his immediate focus.

Looking ahead to the potential rematch, Nabati plans to request a five-round title fight from the matchmakers. He is determined to win, expressing his commitment with the sentiment, "We will go there to win or die."

"For now, I want to beat Nontachai – that’s my target. After that, I will try to ask the matchmakers to give me a rematch because it’s gonna be five rounds and it will be a war.

“We will go there to win or die.”
