Yassin Najid Suffers Nasty Shoulder Injury Against Franco Tenaglia – PFL Madrid Highlights

Franco Tenaglia claimed a significant victory over Yassin Najid at PFL Madrid after Najid sustained a severe shoulder injury during the second round of their intense matchup.

The opening round was largely dominated by Najid, who effectively showcased his ground game from the start. Despite Franco Tenaglia’s repeated attempts to secure a heel hook, Najid demonstrated strong defense and nearly locked in a rear-naked choke against the fence as the round concluded.

However, the momentum drastically shifted in the second round. After his dominant performance in the first, Najid’s offensive output waned, allowing Tenaglia to seize control and push his way back into the fight. As the bout approached what would have been a decisive third round, Najid’s corner made the difficult decision to throw in the towel, revealing that their fighter had suffered a dislocated shoulder sometime during the second frame.

The official result declared Franco Tenaglia victorious over Yassin Najid via TKO (shoulder injury) at the 5:00 mark of Round 2.
