At UFC London, Silva was indeed observed passing documents to Campbell.

Meanwhile, top-ranked UFC featherweight Movsar Evloev solidified his demand for a title shot with a decisive majority decision victory over Lerone Murphy last Saturday. During the post-fight press conference, the undefeated Russian fighter was asked for his opinion on Silva's audacious statement. Evloev unequivocally dismissed Silva's claims, stating, "He is just lying."
