NFL Hall of Fame linebacker Ray Lewis is reportedly in discussions to compete with Real American Freestyle (RAF) Wrestling. The 51-year-old retired football player, who spent 17 seasons with the Baltimore Ravens, could compete before the end of 2026.

RAF co-founders Chad Bronstein and Izzy Martinez confirmed ongoing talks with MMA Fighting. Former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley is reportedly assisting in finalizing the deal.

Lewis has a wrestling background, having been a state champion in the 189-pound weight class for Kathleen High School in 1993.

Real American Freestyle Wrestling was established to provide a professional platform for amateur, collegiate, Olympic, and mixed martial arts wrestlers to compete and earn money, something not common in traditional amateur wrestling.
